On October 30, 1949, within the framework of the land rights struggle, the police fire upon peasants in Fragalá, a commune in Melissa, Calabria. Angelina Mauro, Raffaele Nigro and Giovanni Zito die. Based in interviews and testimonies collected in Melissa and freely inspired by a fictitious script, the presented imaginary characters interweave with the reconstruction of these true historical events.
